Jamie Pantas
Sales Development Associate
Jamie Pantas has been an influential and dedicated member of Pi Sigma Epsilon at Virginia Tech, making substantial contributions over two and a half years. Initiated in Fall 2021, Jamie's journey began with an enriching 8-week prospective member process that honed his professional skills and instilled in him the confidence to lead. His initial inspiration came from his Prospective Member Coordinator, Tori Collins. Since then, Jamie has held several key roles, including VP of Marketing and Prospective Member Coordinator. As VP of Marketing, he was re-elected for his first full term, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the chapter's goals. His tenure as Prospective Member Coordinator was particularly impactful, as he helped lead the initiation of 31 new members, emphasizing a community of care, comfort, and respect. Alongside fellow coordinator Christina Ntep, Jamie oversaw a professional development mentorship program and led weekly meetings, fostering a smooth transition into the brotherhood.
Jamie's leadership was instrumental during his first General Business Meeting as VP of Marketing, where he worked alongside a new Executive Board to set the stage for the chapter's future accomplishments. His participation in the Pi Sigma Epsilon Regionals Conference in Morristown, NJ, highlighted his enthusiasm for networking and professional development, despite not winning the Marketing Competition (However, placing second). As Jamie approached graduation, he reflected on his journey with pride, grateful for the personal and professional growth Pi Sigma Epsilon has afforded him. His legacy of leadership and dedication ensures the chapter's continued success, and he remains inspired by the new generation of members he has helped to mentor.
