Jack Allen

Jack Allen has been an indispensable chapter member, contributing significantly through various leadership roles and initiatives. As COG Director from Spring 2021 to Fall 2021, VP of Admin from Spring 2022 to Fall 2022, and President from Spring 2023 to Fall 2023, Jack has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership. His achievements include winning 3rd Place in the Sports Selling Competition at the 2021 National Convention and 1st Place for the Top Chapter Recruitment Program at the 2022 National Convention. Notably, he was awarded the prestigious Whan Memorial Scholarship at the 2023 National Convention and secured 1st Place in the Whan Challenger at the 2024 National Convention. Additionally, he was nominated for the Outstanding Undergraduate Student Leadership Award at the 2024 Student Organization Leadership Awards.

Jack played a crucial role in the chapter achieving Gold Chapter Status in 2021 and 2022, leading to the Sustained Excellence Chapter achievement in 2024. He was instrumental in setting up the DEIB structure in PSE at VT alongside Ani and facilitated year-over-year increases in National Convention attendance. Jack also created the Wellness Committee and established a comprehensive wellness structure within the chapter. He initiated leadership workshops featuring prominent figures such as Head VT Football Coach Brent Pry and former Twitter and Google Executive Rishi Jaitly and started monthly faculty advisor meetings, further enhancing the chapter's engagement and development.
